I met Gabby in 2020. At the time, we weren’t ready to purchase or second home but we always knew we wanted to move back to Riverside. For 6 years, Gabby provided education and advice about purchasing a home. We had a horrible experience the first time with a different team. As soon as we were ready to sell our house and purchase, she met with my husband and I, told us the action items and got to work. Within a week, out house was on the market. Within days, we received 11 offers. Simultaneously, we booked house tours over one weekend and submitted offers. Gabby was able to get us the house we dreamed of in the neighborhood I grew up in!! Gabby was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She was my therapist through the process just as much as she was our realtor. At the start of our search, I trusted her local knowledge to show us the best homes. Because she is well known locally, she was able to tell us about homes that hadn’t even hit the market yet. We ended up going with a new build and having her support through that was great.
